Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of hypnosis and psychotherapy. It helps you to address various issues and achieve positive changes. As a trained hypnotherapist, I guide the individual into a relaxed state of focused attention, known as a trance or hypnotic state. I use specific techniques to help you enter a comfortable, relaxed state of focused attention so that you can move into a light trance or hypnotic state. This is a powerful state for creating profound and lasting change. You absolutely remain in control throughout the process and can choose which suggestions to accept or reject based on your values and what is most important to you.

Clinical hypnotherapy can be used to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

Behavioral changes: Hypnotherapy can help you overcome habit patterns such as smoking, nail-biting, or overeating. Change happens by reinforcing positive behaviors, creating greater understanding and access to the root cause of the issue.
